The purpose of this Post is to NOT encourage you to work with us. There are a hundred reasons why working with us is a terrible idea.
the work we do is extremely hard, challenging, difficult, and not for everyone.
We are building a new organization out of the rubble of our previous social organization that is still consumed by ownership conflict and legal action.
Simply put we can no longer pay people to not do the client work income, otherwise we will go out of business.
We have small budgets, don't pay well, and are extreme need for income, and new clients, and getting functional to actually do client work income to pay ourselves.
So if it is such a bad situation, then why would anyone want to join us and work together?

On the positive side we are a social organization that is working to support anyone in the world who wants to start a new social project to make the world a better place.
We are the Social Freelance Community (sfc coop) and we are a group of self employed freelance contractors who have built a cooperative that we control, own and run together as equals.
You get direct ownership, equity, power, controlling vote, and you acquire tokens that represent your value contribution, ownership, and benefits.
Being part of something that is a new model of organizing can be challenging, but also can be rewarding.

Within the sfc coop we have multiple teams. The team we are currently recruiting for is the Work Continuity Group (WCG Team)
We have very strict policies and procedures because we have been used and abused in the past where workers demanded pay even though they do NOT complete the client work income, and it has destroyed our past organization.
Also anyone can start a new team under sfc coop and set up whatever policies you want to. If you don't like our policies, just create a team with the policies you want.
Additionally anyone can already get paid through WCG Team simply by completing client work income. If you complete the client work income, you do NOT need to be in the budget, and you can get paid directly to complete the client work income as long as you are asking for no more than $10/hr new world, and $5/hr for old world pay rates. So you are already hired to complete client work income if you want to get involved.
That means that all of our policies have nothing to do with getting paid to complete the client work income, and are only applicable to how much you get paid if you don"t complete the assigned client work income. We will cover the general types of work we do below after we cover our policies.

The first policy is that we do NOT give upfront pay unless client work income is performed. We have Performance Based Pay. Your pay is determined based on your work output and performance. All hours will be tracked and you will get equity and ownership for all hours, but if all you do is argue, approve a budget, and run payroll, which is what happened before, you should NOT expect to get upfront pay because you did not complete the required client work income to cover the cost of payroll.
From there our policies need to focus 33%+ of your time on client work income to get FULL upfront pay, and you only work 1.5 hours per day, and 1.5 hours per week per assigned work priority to get upfront pay.
For our daily schedule, you will sign up to work at the same time everyday for 1.5 hours. We are required to make sure the team works those 1.5 hours 7 days a week. You are not required to show up everyday, but then you are responsible for making sure there is someone who will fill your spot. So you could work 3-4 days a week, as long as someone else agrees to work 3-4 days a week for the days you don't work. We will cover the exact times for the schedule next.
You do NOT get upfront pay for any other time of day, only the time that you signed up for in your schedule and you are expected to do 1.5 hours per day 7 days a week, and you must do a minimum of 30 min of client work income per day to get full pay.
If deadlines are not met the team goes on pay stops and does not get paid. Therefore you do not control your pay, you are required to work as a team, and the team must complete the client work income otherwise you as an individual do not get paid. Only if the entire team can do all the required client work income, do you get full pay, otherwise there are paystops and reductions in pay.
we do not automatically pay time spent on training, emails, messaging, sitting in meeting, and other time spent not actually working on assigned work output and deliverables, this also includes just watching other people do work and not doing anything yourself.
