Worker Requirements: Speak fluent professional English Make sure someone is working daily during Cobalt at UTC 11pm. Also for Old World Workers make sure someoneis working at Phonix 5am UTC. Foucs on assigned client work income 1.5 hours per week per assigned work priority. You can NOT get paid to do whatever you want, you have to do about 30min of clietn work income per day to get upfront pay. Make sure all internal operations including budget, payroll, recruitment, doccumeantsion and coordination is complted to meet expectations and get full upfront pay. Always keep organized, and verify your 1.5h per week assigned work priorites are clear, communicate effectivly, attend main sessions, and do your offical training so you can get full pay. Provide a picture, bio, and profeshonal profile link (ex. Linkedin) to put on our public website. Work collaborativly as a team during real-time scheduled sessions. Communicate publically and transparently on publicly searchable platforms that anyone can view and review for accountabiltiy purposes since we are publicly accountable Come to consensus on setting our own Deadlines as a team and then Meet all work assignments by the agreed upon team deadlines otherwsie it effects our pay. Collaborate with the team and be responsible to the team, if the team is not able to do something, every indivual worker is responslbe. Track hours and value to build ownership capital in the COOP. Coordinate your own schedule, and show up on-time for work for 1.5 hours each day, or cancel ahead of time. If you miss multiple days you will automatically be put on probation and then removed. If you do not get into the budget, you can still get paid if you meet requirements including completing work output deliverables. (You get paid in the budget even if you don't complte work) You agree to our intenral monthly payroll processes, and that our internal sfc hr board has final decision making over all issues and problems that arise. If you disagree with the outcome of our internal monthly payroll process, you agree to the requiremnt that you must write a formal letter on a word doccuemnt/pdf to the sfc hr board, describing the issue, the remedy, and your client work income work output, and give a minimum of 2 full weeks for the hr board to make a final decision before brining any issue to upwork/workana for arbitration or external decision making. Introduction to our Policies: We have had problems in the past with workers not doing the client work income. We have moved to a fixed pay model, so it is clear what the expecations are for the client work, and then you do the work and get paid for the work complted. No more no less. If problems occur you can communiate with the HR Board, and then if there are still problems you can communiate with the Platform. You are required to complte the assigned client work income.for Full pay based on contract expecations. You need to focus 33%+ of your time on client work income to meet the client expecations, and you only work 1.5 hours per day, and 1.5 hours per week per assigned work priority to get upfront pay. So that works out to about 30 minutes per day. We are required to make sure the team does 1.5 hours daily 7 days a week. You are not required to show up everyday, but then you are responsible for making sure there is someone who will fill your spot. So you could work 3-4 days a week, as long as someone else agrees to work 3-4 days a week for the days you don't work. You do NOT get upfront pay for any other time of day you are not schreduled, only the time that you signed up for in your schedule and you are expected to do 1.5 hours per day 7 days a week, and you must do a minimum of 30 min of client work income per day to get full pay. If deadlines are not met the team goes on pay stops and does not get paid. Therefore you do not control your pay, you are required to work as a team, and the team must complete the client work income otherwise you as an individual do not get paid. ONLY if the entire team can do all the required client work income, do you get full pay, otherwise there are paystops as we have agreed to not get paid unless we meet the minimum client work income requirements. New hires can be semi exempt from deadlines. You are assigned to do the assigned work client income. If you focus on all the client work income that is assigned you will get all the upfront pay as agreed. We have had lots of problems with workers NOT doing the assigned client work income. You should not spend excessive time on training, emails, messaging, sitting in meetings, and other time spent not actually working on assigned client work income output and deliverables, this also includes just watching other people do work and not doing anything yourself. You can not just work on whatever you want and expect to get upfront pay, you need to do the assigned client work income to get paid. You are not required to do anything more than your assigned paid work, but we can't control you and your time, so it is up to you to actually focus on the assigned work, if you voluntarily choose to do unassigned work against our requests, you should not expect to get upfront pay for that, since we did not assign it to you. You should always ask questions to make sure you understand you assignments and stay focused don the client work income. We have an attached packet of more policy information. It can take some time to learn and understand our polcies, but everyone has a right to ask questions and have the policies applied equally to everyone. Policy Continuity Team: Within the COOP we have multiple Teams. The team we are currently recruiting for is the Policy Continuity Team (PCT). With the PCT, We do NOT give upfront pay unless all policies are followed each day and client work income is performed. This means that you have to follow all policies including real-time policies of the organization. This includes ensuring that we not only do recordings, but also post the recording, and make sure we are keep time and following the session structure. The pct is the most strict team, and for those who do not want to follow policies there are other teams that can be applied for that donot follow policies and can still get paid. How to get Hired? If you want to work with us, please send us a direct message. You can do a simple proposal for public communications and continue recruitment on a public platform for up to 2 hours and get 25% of pay to complte recruitment. You will put together a tempoary recruitent hire proposal, and if approved you will be paid for a few days to complete the recruitment process with the team. Once you get hired for the temporary recruitmetn hire it will be 50% pay and you get paid for the interview and legal set up. Before you join the team, you will have to fill out our Intake Form, you will have to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP), and attend an Interview session. We will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified and then we can make a Temporary Hire Proposal. Everyone will be proposed and agreed by consenus by the COOP to be added to any budget. Once approved you wll get paid 90% of your rate until you finish your offical training and then get 100%, although you can always change your pay rate before that. If you are NOT approved by the team you will be paid for your time finishing our internal recruitment. If you are approved you will be required to do client work income to get paid within our normal payroll at the end of each month. Temporary Recruitment Hire Proposal Criteria 1. Have a clear proposed hourly $/hr pay rate (choose lowest pay rate you can, in the future you can always increase it when we bring in more funds and get functional) 2. Have a clear estimated fixed $/month pay rate based on 1.5h/day calculations and expected output 3. Establish your Juristictional Value with your city/location based on living cost dot org 4. Agree to work 1.5 hours per day during Cobalt (11pm UTC), clearly stating how many days per week you are committed to. (If you are in old world you will also have an old world octant as well with a specific # of days) 5. Agree Successful Publicly Searchable Communications by email, discord, and audio session etc... 6. Estimated cost for the COOP to pay Recruit to complte Recruitment Process even if you are not hired. (Multiply Pay rate by 3-6 hour range) This gives the expected range cost. 7. Estimated time spent so far on the Communiactions (keep track as you go along, and keep this updated). Within the recruitment process you will do an interview with the team, and vote on the temporary hire or budget. If you are not approved in the budget and don't get hired, you will still be paid for all your time completing our recruitment process outside of the platform. If you are approved into the budget you will then be responsible for making sure all work is completed by the team as an equal worker by the deadlines agreed upon for full upront pay. The first full month can be diffciult to achive the client expecations and get full pay, but as you learn the model you should get good at doing efficent client work income. Example: Temp Recruit Proposal for Abdou 1. $4/hr 2. $0-$288/month 3. Blida, Algeria $412/month (ind) $994/month (fam) $0-$3-$8 4. I agree to work 1.5 hours per day 7 days per week for Cobalt (11pmUTC) and 1.5 hours per day 7 days per week for old world octant. For 7 days per week = $336/month (new world) = $168/month Old world = MAX $503/month MIn $0/month (within no clietn work income) 5. I Agree Successful Publicly Searchable Communications by email, discord, and audio sessions 6. Estimated cost to COOP for recruitment process: $12-$24 7. Estimated time spent so far: 0.5 hour
