Position Overview:                        
The Social Freelance Community (sfc coop), a visionary worker cooperative supporting global social impact initiatives, is seeking an experienced and passionate hr board member. This role is essential to advancing our mission to provide administrative support to various organizations within the Frequency Quantified Vortex (FQV) Network. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR policy, governance, and strategic decision-making to ensure smooth operations across the network. This position involves a commitment of 3-6 hours per month and offers the opportunity to shape HR organizational policies and procedures that support transformative social projects.                        
                        
Key Responsibilities:                        
- Governance & Policy Oversight: Collaborate with the HR Board, workers, and CEO to vote on proposals and enforce policies that drive organizational success. This includes assessing proposals and revisiting them as necessary to align with the organization’s vision.                        
- Policy Clarification & Enforcement: Address and clarify work policies, ensuring alignment with our cooperative’s core values and operational standards. This includes fostering transparency and accessibility of policies on public platforms.                        
- Strategic Communications: Maintain an active presence on publicly searchable communications platforms, representing sfc coop’s vision and facilitating member understanding of policies and procedures.                        
- Budget: contributing to budget reviews for  the new moon and supporting HR-driven initiatives to build a cohesive team.

Candidate Requirements: - HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience in HR governance, ideally within cooperative or non-profit environments. - Commitment to Transparency: Skilled in public communications, with the ability to engage effectively on online platforms that are accessible to all members and stakeholders. - Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can work cohesively with the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board members, fostering an environment that prioritizes clarity and mutual support. - Flexible Availability: Willing to participate in sessions Terms of Involvement for HR Board Members As HR you are a decision maker and you are required vote on Policy Decision Makers are required to vote Decision Makers are required to oversee the HR Budget and the HR Policies Decision Makers are responsible for ensuring Workers are meeting all work output and deliverable objectives for client work income to bring funds into the organization. If the current workers are not capable of doing the client work income on behalf of the clients, then the HR Board is responsible to fire and make sure recruitment is done to hire workers that can achieve the work expectations. If workers are not able to meet client work income expectations and income needs to run payroll do not meet basic requirements then the HR Board has not met their assigned work for upfront pay as the HR Board is ultimately responsible for the work output of the workers or to ensure recruitment is carried out to hire workers who can do the work. Agree that all upfront pay is based on client work income and performance based pay of the team(s) that the HR Board oversee. How to get Hired? If you want to work with us, please send us a direct message. You can do a simple proposal for public communications and continue recruitment on a public platform for up to 2 hours and get 25% of pay to complte recruitment. You will put together a tempoary recruitent hire proposal, and if approved you will be paid for a few days to complete the recruitment process with the team. Once you get hired for the temporary recruitmetn hire it will be 50% pay and you get paid for the interview and legal set up. Before you join the team, you will have to fill out our Intake Form, you will have to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP), and attend an Interview session. We will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified and then we can make a Temporary Hire Proposal. Everyone will be proposed and agreed by consenus by the COOP to be added to any budget. Once approved you wll get paid 90% of your rate until you finish your offical training and then get 100%, although you can always change your pay rate before that. If you are NOT approved by the team you will be paid for your time finishing our internal recruitment. If you are approved you will be required to do client work income to get paid within our normal payroll at the end of each month. Temporary Recruitment Hire Proposal Criteria 1. Have a clear proposed hourly $/hr pay rate (choose lowest pay rate you can, in the future you can always increase it when we bring in more funds and get functional) 2. Have a clear estimated fixed $/month pay rate based on 1.5h/day calculations and expected output 3. Establish your Juristictional Value with your city/location based on living cost dot org 4. Agree to work 1.5 hours per day during Cobalt (11pm UTC), clearly stating how many days per week you are committed to. (If you are in old world you will also have an old world octant as well with a specific # of days) 5. Agree Successful Publicly Searchable Communications by email, discord, and audio session etc... 6. Estimated cost for the COOP to pay Recruit to complte Recruitment Process even if you are not hired. (Multiply Pay rate by 3-6 hour range) This gives the expected range cost. 7. Estimated time spent so far on the Communiactions (keep track as you go along, and keep this updated). Within the recruitment process you will do an interview with the team, and vote on the temporary hire or budget. If you are not approved in the budget and don't get hired, you will still be paid for all your time completing our recruitment process outside of the platform. If you are approved into the budget you will then be responsible for making sure all work is completed by the team as an equal worker by the deadlines agreed upon for full upront pay. The first full month can be diffciult to achive the client expecations and get full pay, but as you learn the model you should get good at doing efficent client work income. I agree to work 1.5 hours per day 7 days per week for Cobalt (11pmUTC) and 1.5 hours per day 7 days per week for old world octant. For 7 days per week = $336/month (new world) = $168/month Old world = MAX $503/month MIn $0/month (within no clietn work income) 5. I Agree Successful Publicly Searchable Communications by email, discord, and audio sessions 6. Estimated cost to COOP for recruitment process: $12-$24 7. Estimated time spent so far: 0.5 hour
