Preciso desenvolver alguns fluxos de automação de conversa no Botconversa (que é um sistema de atendimento vinculado ao WhatsApp). Tenho um escritório de advocacia e a ideia é deixar o bot fazer o primeiro atendimento para que o lead não espere resposta e também já fazer um filtro inicial sobre se a pessoa tem direito ou não.
