Are you a creative yet strategic email marketer passionate about direct-response marketing and e-commerce? We are a fast-growing maternity brand looking for a skilled individual to lead our email marketing campaigns, focusing on driving results and optimizing every step of the customer journey.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who understands the mechanics of successful email marketing and can craft visually compelling designs and strategize powerful flows to engage and convert our audience of moms-to-be and new moms.

Project overview

Your main responsabilities: - email campaigns: you will design, structure, and send out two weekly campaigns with clear objectives, calls to action, and engaging content. - Flow Optimization: Beyond campaigns, you’ll work on refining and optimizing email sequences and flows to maximize conversions, repeat purchases, and customer engagement. - Design Focus: Using Figma, you’ll design eye-catching, on-brand email layouts that are optimized for both desktop and mobile. - Creative Strategy: Collaborate with us on brand tone and voice, while bringing fresh ideas and insights based on your experience and understanding of our target audience. - Data-driven: Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) And adjust campaigns accordingly to ensure continuous improvement and strong ROI. - A/B Testing: Implement testing strategies to refine subject lines, design elements, and overall copy to ensure our emails are performing at their peak. Who you are - proven track record: you’ve successfully managed email campaigns in the e-commerce space, with a strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles. - Design Savvy: You’re skilled in Figma (or similar design tools) and can create emails that not only look great but also drive results. - Customer-Centric Mindset: You understand the psychology of our target market—moms in the maternity phase—and can tailor messaging to meet their desires, pain points, fears, and needs. - Strategic & Analytical: You know how to structure campaigns for maximum impact and enjoy digging into the numbers to optimize flows and strategies. - Creative with Copy: You’re not necessarily a copywriter, but you can suggest copy ideas and collaborate closely with us to ensure that the email messaging aligns with our brand's voice and goals. What we offer - autonomy & growth: you'll have the freedom to bring new ideas to the table, test strategies, and improve our email marketing efforts—while growing with our company. - Collaborative Team Environment: Work directly with the founders in a collaborative, innovative setting. - Competitive Compensation: To be discusses based on expertise and compensation-type preferences - Long-Term Role: We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and own the email marketing department in the long run. If the whole proposal feels too much, most probably it's not the right place for you. If instead, you love e-commerce, fast-paced and challenging environments and growing is that thing that drives you internally, we will surely match.
