About this project

Overview:
We are in a difficult situation and looking for people who can work for small amounts to help us get back on track so we can all get paid more money in the future.
You would be required to make sure soeone in the team is working 1.5 hours per day 7 days a week, so that we build continuity everyday. So if you are not going to schedule 7 days a week then you need to help with recruitmet and make sure we schedule someone.
Each session will be real-time and will required a minimum of 30 minutes per day on clietn work incoe. Without clietn work income we will not have the funds to run our payroll to get paid.
We have extensive policies, which you can learn overtime. All policies are agreed by consensus and everyone gets equal vote in the worker cooperative.
You will need to do a tempoary recruitment proposal to get paid to finish our recruitent process with the team to put togethere an offical profile and do an interview before the final vote.

Current Situation:
The purpose of this Post is to NOT encourage you to work with us. There are a hundred reasons why working with us is a terrible idea.
the work we do is extremely hard, challenging, difficult, and not for everyone.
We are building a new organization out of the rubble of our previous social organization that still has lingering ownership conflict and legal disputes.
Past Workers wanted money even without doing the client work income required. Simply put we can no longer pay people to not do the client work income, otherwise we will go out of business.
Although we have lots of potential, we currently have small budgets, and can't pay well until we get functional, and are extreme need for income, and new clients, and finding wokers who actually do client work income to pay ourselves.
The client Work income must get done on-time otherwsie anyone getting involved should not be expected to get upfront pay.
If we have hard workers who are able to quickly and efficnetly get the work moving foward, we should be able to get back on track in a few weeks.
To build structure and continuity, we are primarily recruiting for a single 1.5 hour timeframe every day from 9pm-10:30pm UTC. Once we get this time functional each day then we can expand.

What work you would do?
Everyday you are scheduled you wlil show up for work ontime at exactly 9pm UTC. We call this time "Androemda". We typically meet on jitsi, and don't use video since it can take up bandwith, so just audio.
At the begining of the session we go over our priorites and get agreement on our topic and what we want to work on.
Our goal would be to do a minimum of 3 topics per day. Exampe: Address any priority proposal or online voting cirtification, move payroll or budget forward, and spend at least 30min per day on clietn work income like taxes.
Every day you will be helping keep track of priorites, indexing information and doccuments, making sure we meet deadlines, and supporting our project managment and coordination for the team.
AT the end of each session we wll do a quick wrap up and track our value and make sure we have clear next steps for the following day, so we can keep the team organized.
As a Team our primary goals at this time are focused on addressing the legal action with the old organizaiton. We also will be focusing a lot of time on our tokens which wlll help solve some of the past problems.
For our tokens, we need to create public token profiles and get our multimedia functional so we can update the public on our activites and the value we are creating.
We also have to do all our government compliance and taxes so that we meet all legal requirements.
From there we have investor and client relations to ensure continued funds and income so that we can get paid larger amounts.
Our model is more of an aprenticisihp model, so you don't have to know how to do everything, as you can observe, and take on the tasks and responsiblites overtime.
We function like a start up, so we all have to do everything, and that includes our internal operations, coordination, budget, payroll, doccumentaiton and more...

Project overview

Who are we? We are a open transparent publically accountable social driven organization committed to improving lives, and empowering our members while striving for consensus. The work is very challenging, and we have to work together as a team to solve problems that we may as indivuals have no idea how to solve. As a social organization we have very tight budgets, and are having dififulcty in meeting our deadines and functioning at all. Our hope is to find someone who can help us get back on track and ensure we complete all work by the required deadlines. We are a worker owned and controlled cooperative, which is bottom up empowered. Everyone can vote as equals, and is an owner building value in the organization over time, as we collaborate together. Worker Requirements: Speak fluent professional English Make sure someone is working daily during Andreomda at UTC 9pm. Also Old World Workers will be assigned to 1.5h per day for old world time as well. Work collaborativly as a team during real-time scheduled sessions. Communicate publically and transparently on open public platforms that anyone can view and review for accountabiltiy purposes Foucs on assigned client work income 1.5 hours per week per assigned work priority. You can NOT get paid to do whatever you want, you have to do about 30min of clietn work income per day to get upfront pay. Come to consensus on setting our own Deadlines as a team and then Meet all work assignments by the agreed upon team deadlines otherwsie it effects our pay. Collaborate with the team and be responsible to the team, if the team is not able to do something, every indivual worker is responslbe. Track hours and value to build ownership capital in the COOP. Coordinate your own schedule, and show up on-time for work for 1.5 hours each day, or cancel ahead of time. If you miss multiple days you will automatically be put on probation and then removed. If you do not get into the budget, you can still get paid if you meet requirements including completing work output deliverables. (The budget is to get paid without completing work) Introduction to our Policies: Within the sfc coop we have multiple teams. The team we are currently recruiting for is the Work Continuity Group (WCG Team) We do NOT give upfront pay unless client work income is performed. We have Performance Based Pay. Your pay is determined based on your work output and performance. All hours will be tracked and you will get ownership for your contributions regardless if you do any client work income. You should not expect to get upfront pay if you did not complete the required client work income to cover the cost of payroll. You need to focus 33%+ of your time on client work income to get FULL upfront pay, and you only work 1.5 hours per day, and 1.5 hours per week per assigned work priority to get upfront pay. So that works out to about 30 minutes per day. We are required to make sure the team does 1.5 hours daily 7 days a week. You are not required to show up everyday, but then you are responsible for making sure there is someone who will fill your spot. So you could work 3-4 days a week, as long as someone else agrees to work 3-4 days a week for the days you don't work. You do NOT get upfront pay for any other time of day you are not schreduled, only the time that you signed up for in your schedule and you are expected to do 1.5 hours per day 7 days a week, and you must do a minimum of 30 min of client work income per day to get full pay. If deadlines are not met the team goes on pay stops and does not get paid. Therefore you do not control your pay, you are required to work as a team, and the team must complete the client work income otherwise you as an individual do not get paid. ONLY if the entire team can do all the required client work income, do you get full pay, otherwise there are paystops as we have agreed to not get paid unless we meet the minimum client work income requirements. You are assigned to do the assigned work client income. If you focus on all the client work income that is assigned you will get all the upfront pay as agreed. We have had lots of problems with workers NOT doing the assigned client work income. You should not spend excessive time on training, emails, messaging, sitting in meetings, and other time spent not actually working on assigned client work income output and deliverables, this also includes just watching other people do work and not doing anything yourself. You can not just work on whatever you want and expect to get upfront pay, you need to do the assigned client work income to get paid. You are not required to do anything more than your assigned paid work, but we can't control you and your time, so it is up to you to actually focus on the assigned work, if you voluntarily choose to do unassigned work against our requests, you should not expect to get upfront pay for that, since we did not assign it to you. You should always ask questions to make sure you understand you assignments and stay focused don the client work income. We have an attached packet of more policy information. It can take some time to learn and understand our polcies, but everyone has a right to ask questions and have the policies applied equally to everyone. How to get Hired? If you want to work with us, please send us a direct message. You will put together a tempoary recruitent hire proposal, and if approved you will be paid for a few days to complete the recruitment process with the team. Before you join the team, you will have to fill out our Intake Form, you will have to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP), and attend an Interview session. We will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified and then we can make a Temporary Hire Proposal. Everyone will be proposed and agreed by consenus by the COOP to be added to any budget. If you are NOT approved by the team you will be paid for your time finishing our internal recruitment. If you are approved you will be required to do client work income to get paid within our normal payroll at the end of each month. Temporary Hire Proposal Criteira 1. Have a clear proposed $/hr pay rate 2. Establish a Juristictional Equity Value based on living cost .org. Just your city / location, living cost . Org 3. Agree to work 1.5 hours per day during americas times, clearly stating how many days per week you are committed to. 4. Have a Token Ethereum Address, or put in writing that you want someone else to oversee your equity ownership tokens (if you have an address you will start getting tokens right away, remember tokens dont have immediate value, but maybe in a few years,, all value is in upront pay through the platfortm.) 5. Agree Successful Communications by email, discord, and audio session 6. Link to profeshonal profile to upwork, workana, or linkedin 7. Estimated time spent so far on the Recruitment Process (keep track as you go along, and keep this updated). Within the recruitment process you will do an interview with the team, and vote on the budget. If you are not approved in the budget and don't get hired, you will still be paid for all your time completing our recruitment process outside of workana. If you are approved into the budget you will then be responsible for making sure all work is completed by the team as an equal worker by the deadlines agreed upon. If you have any issues with any deadlines or policies for the team, it is very important that you bring that up immediately before being approved so that we can adjust the deadlines so you feel everything is done fairly and that everyone feels that the work and deadlines are correct and fair and everyone is in agreement.
