The purpose of this Post is to NOT encourage you to work with us. There are a hundred reasons why working with us is a terrible idea.
the work we do is extremely hard, challenging, difficult, and not for everyone.
We are building a new organization out of the rubble of our previous social organization that is still consumed by ownership conflict and legal action.
Simply put we can no longer pay people to not do the client work income, otherwise we will go out of business.
We have small budgets, don't pay well, and are extreme need for income, and new clients, and getting functional to actually do client work income to pay ourselves.
So if it is such a bad situation, then why would anyone want to join us and work together?
On the positive side we are a social organization that is working to support anyone in the world who wants to start a new social project to make the world a better place.
We are the Social Freelance Community (sfc coop) and we are a group of self employed freelance contractors who have built a cooperative that we control, own and run together as equals.
You get direct ownership, equity, power, controlling vote, and you acquire tokens that represent your value contribution, ownership, and benefits.
Being part of something that is a new model of organizing can be challenging, but also can be rewarding.
Within the sfc coop we have multiple teams. The team we are currently recruiting for is the Work Continuity Group (WCG Team)
We have very strict policies and procedures because we have been used and abused in the past where workers demanded pay even though they do NOT complete the client work income, and it has destroyed our past organization.
Also anyone can start a new team under sfc coop and set up whatever policies you want to. If you don't like our policies, just create a team with the policies you want.
Additionally anyone can already get paid through WCG Team simply by completing client work income. If you complete the client work income, you do NOT need to be in the budget, and you can get paid directly to complete the client work income as long as you are asking for no more than $10/hr new world, and $5/hr for old world pay rates. So you are already hired to complete client work income if you want to get involved.
That means that all of our policies have nothing to do with getting paid to complete the client work income, and are only applicable to how much you get paid if you don"t complete the assigned client work income. We will cover the general types of work we do below after we cover our policies.
The first policy is that we do NOT give upfront pay unless client work income is performed. We have Performance Based Pay. Your pay is determined based on your work output and performance. All hours will be tracked and you will get equity and ownership for all hours, but if all you do is argue, approve a budget, and run payroll, which is what happened before, you should NOT expect to get upfront pay because you did not complete the required client work income to cover the cost of payroll.
From there our policies need to focus 33%+ of your time on client work income to get FULL upfront pay, and you only work 1.5 hours per day, and 1.5 hours per week per assigned work priority to get upfront pay.
For our daily schedule, you will sign up to work at the same time everyday for 1.5 hours. We are required to make sure the team works those 1.5 hours 7 days a week. You are not required to show up everyday, but then you are responsible for making sure there is someone who will fill your spot. So you could work 3-4 days a week, as long as someone else agrees to work 3-4 days a week for the days you don't work. We will cover the exact times for the schedule next.
You do NOT get upfront pay for any other time of day, only the time that you signed up for in your schedule and you are expected to do 1.5 hours per day 7 days a week, and you must do a minimum of 30 min of client work income per day to get full pay.
If deadlines are not met the team goes on pay stops and does not get paid. Therefore you do not control your pay, you are required to work as a team, and the team must complete the client work income otherwise you as an individual do not get paid. Only if the entire team can do all the required client work income, do you get full pay, otherwise there are paystops and reductions in pay.
we do not automatically pay time spent on training, emails, messaging, sitting in meeting, and other time spent not actually working on assigned work output and deliverables, this also includes just watching other people do work and not doing anything yourself.
Project overview
We split the world into 8 Octant each with 3 hours. Currently we have 3 octants that are active that you could potentially schedule.
For the New World we have 2 octants. Andromeda which is 8pm-11pm. UTC and Cobalt which is 11pm-2a UTC.
For the Old World we have 1 octant. Phoenix which is 5a-8a UTC.
We have endless client work income to do which generates the money that we use to do payroll. This includes Taxes, finances, Bills, Tokens, Board Staffing, Media, Planetary Events, Program Support, Invoicing, and much more...
Our top priority focus is on revenue which is bringing in more money to our clients which increases our budget including Fundraising, Assets Trading, Grants, Client Sales, Investor Relations and more...
From there we have our communications and internal operations of planning, coordination, administration, budget, payroll and our internal documentations for the COOP. Those types of work do not generate income and do not pay our payroll. If all you do is communicate and pass a budget and do payroll you do NOT generate income and therefore can not get upfront pay.
FOR Some, they may understand the work immediately, for others it can take many weeks and months for some to get organized and figure out what is going on and understand the work, which means that it can be difficult to get money at first if you don't know how to do the work, because we only guarantee pay for actual work outputs.
if you do not have other sources of income, then this is not the best position for you, we recommend starting slowly and overtime you could start making more money with us as you learn how to do the work.
If you are not aligned with our purpose as a social organization trying to help the world, there is very little reason why you would practically volunteer to get started and learn the work, so we are looking for people who want to do the training and support our missions of uniting and transforming the world to be in better balance with the planet by supporting new generation of social organization across the planet.
We have major problems with people thinking they automatically get max pay of what you propose, even if they do no work outputs.
Whatever amount of money you propose to the organization is NOT your agreed pay. Your agreed MAX pay is what is approved in the Budget. But that is not the amount you automatically get, that is your max if and only if you do the work.
your pay starts at $0. Your agreed upon pay rate and monthly budget is your MAX Pay, NOT your starting pay. If you do no client work income, you are guaranteed no pay.
To get started all you have to do is an interview update a profile within our team profiles so we put in writing how much you want per hour.
Then the budget gets approved. And if you are included you can start.
Even if you are NOT in the budget you can still get paid to complete work.
