Simple Website Development Required to house a Company online

Requiring a very simple website developed for my Client, who is an education space provider. Function for the website is primarily just to provide online presence and to display the typical company information, contact information, services etc. Some updates are required to be done and would prefer if a simple CMS can be in place so that the Client can create the updates themselves.


We need a website (mobile & web friendly)
1. About us - what we are doing, mission, vision
2. Product - photo of classrooms and facilities.
Able to update from their end later on
3. Testimonials- news link and customer feedback.
4. Contact us - embedded google map on the location, contact details
5. Announcement- for promotion or news. Ablr to update from their end.

6. Link to Facebook, google map, Waze to ease ppl to find us

All content and images that needs to be included within the site will be provided by us. We will also provide the site mocks if a simple design can't be provided by the hired freelancer. Hosting and Domain and Maintenance is not necessary either, however a server may be required.


Require someone who's experienced enough to build a straight forward basic website for a client and quick too.
