I am looking for a website developer who can work to quickly develop a simple website for my client that houses basic information about their new company, so that the have some presence online.

The website needs to contain the following:
1. Pages: Home, About us, Our services, Gallery, Announcements, Contact us
2. A simple content management system that client can navigate to upload any latest news or updates about their company.

3. SEO ready and responsive across web and mobile.
4. Hosting for a year. Domain will however be provided
5. Design and website images will be provided.


I need a developer who's hand's on, responsive and preferably Malaysian. Please get in touch if you're able to turnaround a site from scratch in a matter of a week. Thanks.
