Manage a sales operations to achieve monthly goals: activity, pipeline, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets
Lead a growing team of Sales Operations members 
Partner closely with various levels of Sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth (new & existing business) and improve existing sales processes & operations
Guide regional/segment-level forecasting (reporting, pipeline management, renewals process) for the sales organization
Collaborate with Finances and C-level teams to drive changes to our sales process that result in improvements in sales productivity
Establish strong working relationships with other departments to improve overall operations and how the company goes to market

3+ years experience in Sales Operations; start-up & SaaS experience preferred
Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, particularly within a global setting
Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
Strong roadmapping and prioritization skills to drive success in running project timelines
Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
Experience effectively managing a team of 2-3 individuals
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
