About the role:
Medical Departures’ Sales Support - DSO agents are responsible for helping patients receive
timely quotes & to book their dental appointments at our global clinics via our platform. You will
be responsible for the quote & appointment process from beginning to end; ensuring that quotes
& appointments are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Work duties to be carried out remotely in the coordinator's home or work space. Sales Support
agents (Patient coordinators) are available via phone, WhatsApp, live chat, social media and
email to assist Dental Departure patients with every aspect of planning and coordinating their
global dental care

**contractor (part-time)** benefits: -salary: $400 - $600 usd -commissions: $500-$1,000 usd per month (depending on sales performance) 100% remote work, healthcare allowance, mobile & internet allowance, unlimited sick & vacation days, maternity/paternity **contractor (part-time)** responsibilities: -work closely with sales agents to book & confirm appointments with our global partner network of dental & medical clinics via all available channels in english & spanish. -Work with Sales Support agents, partner clinics & patients to gather details to provide accurate quotes according to established SLAs -Send accurate quotes to patients according to established SLAs via email, chat, WhatsApp -Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to remind patients of their pending appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day before appointment date) -Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to follow-up with who attended their appointments to see how they are doing and book follow-up appointments (1 -week, 3 days, the day after appointment date) -Meet and beat daily, weekly and monthly confirmation, quote, SLA targets -Accurately document, tag, create follow-up tasks every interaction with prospects and patients into a CRM tool -Follow-up with tasks by meeting/beating established SLAs -Work within the agreed shift schedule. (Available to work on weekends.. If required) -Answer phone, WhatsApp, email, social media inbound enquiries according to established SLAs -Attend weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings and training and coaching sessions as required. -Help build the world’s largest global medical and dental online agency. additional duties as required -attend regular team meetings -communicate with team members via phone, web conference and email. -Preventing unsound or unethical business practices. -Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures. -Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’S sales and revenue objectives. -Help build the world’s largest global medical marketplace. job requirements: -2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role -strong communication and interpersonal skills -ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines -detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills -ability to work independently and as part of a team -fluent in english (verbal and written) is a must -fluent in spanish (verbal and written) is a must -extensive technical experience with: ms office (outlook, word, excel, teams chat) or google -business suite (gmail, calendar, meet, docs, drive), crm (zoho, zendesk, salesforce, sugarcrm, freshworks), phones (twilio, ringcentral, dialpad, calltrackingmetrics, tollfreeforwarding) , chat (livechat, olark. -Familiarity & knowledge of dental or medical procedures is a plus -Excellent listening and writing skills -> 40+ WPM typing ability -Travel savvy - international travel experience is a plus -Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with -good time management. -Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off) EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT: -High-speed internet & mobile connections -Reliable computer & mobile device with audio and video capabilities
