Requirements
- You are already working as a researcher or a product manager and doing 20+ interviews per month for the last year
- You enjoy doing research, searching for the unknown and structuring reality
- You see value in doing a lot of research on a lot of different cases
Responsibilities
- Show a deep understanding of the client's task, design a study together with them and us
- Conduct Jobs To Be Done interviews, the methodology for conducting and analysing which we will teach
- Write great interview summaries
- Analyse data from interviews, formulate and group “jobs”, offer conclusions from what was found in the interview
- Listen to interviews of our clients and give them feedback
- Present the results of the interview to the client
- Create cool reports for the client. Example
Qualifications
- You are good at any method of qualitative research.
- You already conduct 10+ client interviews per month, and personally conducted 50+ interviews for all the time.
- You should be able to devote ~10 hours a week to us. More than half of which must overlap with Indonesian time working hours
- Advanced Indonesian, in which you can freely conduct interviews in Indonesia
- Fluent in English, so that you can communicate with the team
- This is a contract for a minimum of 6 months of work with us 10+ hours of work per week, if there is a workflow from us, as we invest in your training.
- Knowledge of other approaches is not obligatory, but would be great if you have: UX tests, quantitative research, etc.
What you will get
- Part-time work for the first 2 studies. After successful results with you, we will be happy to offer full-time, or you may stay in part-time
- We pay $40 net per hour of any work with us—we pay for interviews, preparation of reports, participation in internal and external meetings, and even the time you chat with us
- Conducting one study with a load of 10 hours a week brings ~ 1600 $ per hand per month
- We pay once a month for hours worked. We can pay in a variety of ways—we will choose the most convenient for you View less
