Project Overview
We are developing a recruitment application for a specific niche industry using Microsoft Power Platform with Copilot as the preferred backend to provide advanced automation and AI-driven features. The app will leverage Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps for seamless user interfaces, while Copilot will power dynamic, AI-driven search, recommendations, and workflows.

Selected partner will have experience in recruitment software, Copilot driven applications and enterprise scale Power Platform applications.

This project will focus on delivering a user-centric experience with intelligent features, efficient workflows, and robust reporting tools. The app’s architecture must prioritize scalability, modularity, and AI-driven automation for future growth and expansion.

Core Features
1. User Authentication and Access Management
• Secure login system with Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure AD.
• Role-based access controls to ensure appropriate permissions.
2. AI-Powered Search and Recommendations
• Advanced Boolean and natural language search capabilities powered by Copilot, allowing users to input detailed criteria.
• AI-based recommendations for candidates based on search input and historical data.
3. Data Aggregation and Integration
• Aggregate candidate data from multiple external sources via APIs, scraping, or other connectors.
• Ensure consistent formatting, deduplication, and display of aggregated data in real-time.
4. AI-Driven Communication Tools
• Pre-built and customizable email and text templates for candidate outreach, powered by GPT-4 Copilot.
• Automated workflows to streamline communication, with smart suggestions for follow-up actions.
5. Workflow Automation
• Automate processes such as onboarding tasks, paperwork collection, and status updates.
• Integration with third-party systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll) using Power Automate and Copilot-enhanced workflows.
6. AI-Enhanced Reporting and Analytics
• Interactive dashboards displaying actionable metrics such as candidate sourcing efficiency and user activity.
• AI-driven insights and recommendations to optimize workflows and decision-making.

Technical Requirements
1. Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Expertise
• Experience with Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrating Copilot into workflows.
• Proficiency in leveraging Azure services for authentication, data storage, and API management.
2. Integration Capabilities
• Ability to connect to and pull data from external APIs and unstructured sources using AI.
• Build scalable, modular workflows that integrate seamlessly with both external and internal systems.
3. AI and Automation-First Design
• Incorporate Copilot for AI-based automation, recommendations, and intelligent search.
• Ensure workflows are adaptive and can accommodate future Ai-driven features.
4. ui/ux design
• develop a mobile-friendly, intuitive interface that is modern and aligns with industry-specific branding.
• Avoid default Power Platform design and ensure the interface reflects ease of use and engagement.

Additional Information
• Developers must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving proprietary project details.
• Deliverables must include documentation and training materials for end users and administrators.
• The development team will receive ongoing requirements and proprietary workflows after the MVP is delivered.
