Build a Custom Sourcing Tool for Lead Generation and Candidate Sourcing

Ad Description: We are seeking a skilled developer to build a custom dual-purpose web scraper and sourcing tool with Copilot at the center of all key components. This project involves creating an automated system that collects business leads and candidate information from public sources, integrates with external APIs for data augmentation, and leverages Copilot to enhance usability, automation, and efficiency. The goal is to create a scalable tool that combines advanced scraping capabilities with AI-driven insights and streamlined workflows to power our lead generation and candidate sourcing operations.

Scope of Work:
    1.    Copilot Integration: Make Copilot the focal point of the system, using it to streamline: Workflow generation (e.g., Scraping tasks, data processing). Smart recommendations (e.g., Best leads or candidates to contact). Automated data augmentation (integrating with APIs like Hunter.io). Use Copilot to improve user interaction by generating queries, summaries, and outreach templates.
    2.    Data Scraping: Build a scraper to gather structured data from public sources, such as websites, directories, and job boards. Extract key fields like names, websites, contact information, and location.
    3.    Data Augmentation: Integrate with APIs (e.g., Hunter.io) to fill in missing contact information such as email addresses. Ensure the system uses Copilot to prioritize and validate augmented data.
    4.    Data Storage: Use Microsoft Dataverse (or Azure SQL) to store all collected data. Ensure data is clean, deduplicated, and optimized for searching and reporting.
    5.    Automated Workflows: Use Power Automate to build and schedule automated workflows for: Regular scraping and data updates. Triggering Copilot-powered actions (e.g., Generating smart follow-ups or recommendations). Include error handling to manage website structure changes.
    6.    Optional Power Apps UI: Build a simple user interface using Power Apps, allowing internal users to: Search and filter leads and candidates. View Copilot-powered insights and recommendations. Export data and initiate outreach directly.

Requirements: Strong experience in web scraping (Python, APIs, Power Automate Desktop). Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Apps. Experience integrating and working with Copilot to enhance workflows and user interactions. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (gdpr, ccpa). Ability to design scalable, efficient solutions with clean data handling. Strong communication skills for regular updates and collaboration.

Deliverables: A fully functional dual-purpose scraper with Copilot-enhanced automation workflows. Integrated data storage solution with clean, structured datasets. Documentation on setup, usage, and maintenance. Optional: A simple Power Apps front-end for data interaction.
