Tengo un sitio web sin fines de lucro,  que tiene por finalidad educar en temas de alimentos, alimentación y nutrición.  El sitio está construido con JOOMLA 3.10.1 y usa la versión 7.033 de php.  Necesito actualizar la versión de php a la versión 7,4. He intentado actualizarla, pero al hacerlo el sitio no se carga y arroja error
Además, necesito optimizar la velocidad de carga del sitio web especialmente en dispositivos móviles. Específicamente optimizar la LCP, mediante la eliminación de los recursos que bloquean el renderizado https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.edualimentaria.com/T77nNL5a/
