Tengo un sitio web sin fines de lucro,  destinado a educar en temas de alimentos, alimentación y nutrición. El sitio está construido con JOOMLA 3.10.1 y usa la versión 7.033 de php.
Necesito mejorar la velocidad de carga especialmente en dispositivos móviles.  Y actualizar la versión de php a la última versión que ofrece el servidor (8,2).
