What we do: We take responsibility from our customer’s support tickets by putting freelancers to answer them We do that by bringing the tickets to our internal help desk (chatwoot) We receive tickets from the customer Help Desk by Webhooks and send answers back by API There are 2 main things you need to do here: Receiving messages from our customer’s help desk (Kustomer): You will just need to parse the json received by the webhook to a “Ticket” model we know. Everything else regarding message receiving and showing it to our agents at our own internal Hepldesk is already built When an agent interacts with some ticket we need to send these informations to Kustomer again For that you will need to build in kotlin the calls for these endpoints: - Add message - Update tags - Change status (resolved, closed) - Get ticket messages We have a sandbox for our internal Helpdesk and Kustomer for testing and the “cloud humans connector” app is fully dockerized:
