Integración de Caja Registradora y Tikets con Odoo 14 y Raspberry

Anteriormente teníamos corriendo Odoo 9 con Google Cloud y el módulo POS con la impresora y la caja funcionando correctamente en Raspberry, pero migramos los servidores al  Odoo 14 en un Droplet de Digital Ocean  y ahora no podemos conectar la impresora, hemos probado algunos tutoriales sobre el Proxy, pensamos que el error puede ser algo relacionado.

La impresora se encuentra conectada por cable y por wifi. En la pantalla del punto de venta siempre aparece desconectada, tenemos conocimientos intermedios del funcionamiento del servidor.
