We have a great new opportunity for a Hiring Manager who will help our business grow even further through talent sourcing and assisting Titan Power Plus in harnessing the best talent.

We’re currently pushing for a huge growth phase leaving a ton of room for talented individuals to really shine and make themselves invaluable while experiencing and learning from performing high-level tasks!

What will you be doing?
This role will be very dynamic and varied in nature, but some of the tasks you might be expected to perform include:

- Searching for new talent in certain fields;
- Determining and communicating the key business areas which could benefit from the hiring of additional dedicated staff;
- Writing appealing and engaging job posts;
- Working with the Management Team to create effective onboarding strategies;
- Guiding new hires through the onboarding process and reporting back to management on their progress. 

What are we looking for?

We need a rockstar Hiring Manager who is looking for a challenge as well as the chance to shine in a company that wants to be the best. We are searching for candidates who can work ideally 40+ hours a week.
Other requirements include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in perfect English
- Previous experience in the whole hiring lifecycle, from recruitment to dismissal
- Experience in developing onboarding processes and offering guidance to new hires in this domain
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming attitude
- A critical thinker who can competently analyse the progress of new hires
- A dedicated individual with a hardworking approach
