What will you be doing? working directly under management, this role will be very dynamic and varied in nature, but some of the tasks you might be expected to perform include: providing a full pa service to the executive members you are assigned to; diary and inbox management; proactive reminders for meetings and engagements; attending meetings as required, preparing minutes, agendas and notes for action; developing new systems and business operations; provide project administration support; data entry and review; investigating new business avenues and approaching partners; performing market research; creation of packs (presentations, records, notes) and trackers, ensuring project deadlines are met. what are we looking for? we need a rockstar pa who is looking for a challenge as well as the chance to shine in a company that wants to be the best. We are searching for candidates who can work ideally 40+ hours a week. Other requirements include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in perfect English 2+ years experience in a similar role with a track record of achieving results Hardworking and can pay extreme attention to details Able to manage multiple tasks at once to tight deadlines A quick thinker and a keen learner High-level of computer skills in both Microsoft Office and the Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides etc.) Availability overlap work with the hours 9am to 5pm UK time from Mondays to Fridays to align with management Type the word “Polaris” on your job proposal to ensure that you’ve read this job posting thoroughly.
