We are looking for our new Graphic Designer who will play a key role in our team. We imagine you as a great visual storyteller and natural leader who understands the digital world, its trends, and ways to bring it to life in fun, unique, and unexpected ways for our clients. You will be responsible for mentoring and managing teams, as well as inspiring and fostering the best collaboration between creative talent and cross-department.
As a multi-disciplined creative, your primary role is to act as the group design lead, owning projects while delivering work with brilliant creative ideas, exceptional design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking.
We expect you to drive the work by mastering its craft, solving complex problems, taking responsibility for the detail, embracing feedback and constant changes on projects. They are consistently proactive, accountable and responsive, instantly adapting to any situation.

What you will be doing 🚀

Create impactful and visually appealing user experiences at the highest quality standards
Work as a part of the Digital Experience Team to develop user-centered design solutions
Consistently deliver high-quality creative assets within a pre-established timeline.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and the development and execution of those ideas
Deliver work that compliments or integrates into an existing design framework while following to client style guides
Assistance to other team members when appropriate.

You will rock as this role if you have 💥

You have a degree in in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
You have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably digital
You have demonstrated design skills with a solid portfolio
Proficiency in CS photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD and other industry standard design tools
Ability to work within a team framework with other designers and developers.
The ability to balance creativity and production workload, under pressure with concurrent and conflicting deadlines.
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for all those small details that make a big difference.
Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes.
English and Spanish- advanced level written & spoken
