We are looking for a Event Coordinator to plan and manage events to engage potential customes and showcase our nearshoring capabilities in the aeroespace and defense industry.

Responsabilities:
*Organize and execute 1 webinar per month on nearshoring topics.
*Plan and manage our participation in 4 major industry trade shows annually.
*Coordinate 2 exclusive roundtables per quarter.
Develop and maintain an event marketing calendar.
*Achieve and average Net Promoter Score of +the for all events.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in B2B industries.
*Strong organizational and project management skills.
*Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
*Location: Mexico-GDL.
