We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for initiating contact with potential leads, qualifying prospects, and generating initial interest in our nearshoring services for the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities:
•    Conduct 50 cold calls per day (25 to U.S./Canada, 25 to Mexican companies).
•    Send 100 personalized emails daily.
•    Connect with 30 new prospects on LinkedIn weekly.
•    Qualify leads based on company size, industry focus, and nearshoring potential.
•    Schedule 10 discovery calls per week for Business Development Managers.
•    Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
•    Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aerospace or defense industries.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.
•    Ability to work independently and meet targets.
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
