We are seeking a part-time Customer Support representative to assist our clients with platform navigation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. As the first point of contact for users, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, creating positive experiences, and being an integral part of our mission to make capital raising more efficient and inclusive.

Requirements:
Reside in a South American country.
Proven customer service experience (preferably in tech or SaaS).
Strong communication skills in English
Basic technical skills and comfort with online platforms.
Ability to work 20–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Project overview

Tasks: Conduct platform demos for prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits. Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Identify and qualify leads based on industry-specific needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in finance and private equity. Tailor presentations and sales pitches to address client pain points. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends. Maintain an updated CRM with details of sales activities and prospects. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
