We are looking for a Customer Success Story Writer to create compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase customer success and drive further sales.

Responsabilities:
*Conduct in-depth interviews with 5 customers per month.
*Produce 2 detailed case studies per month highlighting quantifiable results.
*Gather and compile 10 customer testimonials per quarter.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose success stories across various channels.
*Maintain a database of success stories categorized by industry and solution type.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in content writing, preferably in B2B industries.
*Strong interviewing and storytelling skills.
*Ability to translate customer experiences into engaging content.
*Excellent writing and editing skills.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
