Assistente Virtual e Tradutora (inglês, espanhol, português)

We are seeking a talented and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) with excellent translation skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to join our team. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in assisting with company outreach efforts and communication with vendors in various Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries such as Brazil, Spain, Mexico, and others. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will be proficient in written and spoken English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
Translate emails and other written content from English to Spanish/Portuguese and vice versa with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in composing outreach emails to vendors in Brazil, Spain, Mexico, and other countries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Manage email accounts and send emails on behalf of the company to the specified list of vendors.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines and policies in all communications.
Organize and maintain vendor contact lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for email communication.
Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.

Requirements:
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Strong translation skills with the ability to accurately convey meaning and context.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in email management and communication.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various software and tools.
Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
