Preciso que seja criado um "robô" que será responsável por consultar uma api a cada +/- 2 minutos
e transforme os dados retornados de json para .CSV e salve-o em uma pasta da rede automaticamente.
Essa aplicação precisa rodar em background no Windows e que sempre atualize os que registros que mudaram e crie os novos retornados.
