We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to establish a strong brand presence and engage with potential customers across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Responsabilities:
*Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule (3 post per day on LinkedIn, 2 on Twitter).
*Grow LinkedIn followers by 5% month-over-month.
*Engage with industry influencers and participate in relevant online discussions daily.
*Plan and execute 1 LinkedIn event per month featuring industry experts.
*Monitor and report on social media metrics weekly, including engagement rates and lead generation.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in social media strategy, preferably in B2B industries.
*Strong writing and communication skills.
*Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
