Setup Aws Ses to receive emails at a specific email address and save it on Aws Dynamodb table

I need to create an item (put item) at an aws dynamodb table for every email sent to a specific email address (the identity for this email will be validated through email, not domain level). This configuration must be done at aws ses.

I expect to receive an aws cdk stack (preferably in typescript) or a cloudformation template with all configurations done to complete this project. The CDK is highly preferred over CloudFormation, but both are accepted.

I imagine the setup as: configure ses to receive emails and put the messages received to sns, that in turn notify sqs. A Lambda function will read EACH email and create an entry on DynamoDB.

Project overview

This is for one in-house solution that will receive requests from customers. The application is already running on a server (EC2), all databases are already created (dev and production), and already sending emails by SES, but not receiving them yet.
