Desejo receber e-mails num determinado endereço (ex: teste@email.com) e o conteúdo da mensagem ser enviado para um Banco de Dados, para receber uma tratativa num aplicativo interno. Caso eu faça uma alteração neste aplicativo interno, envie uma notificação por email para o remetente e ele responder, devo capturar esse resposta e fazer a atualização no DB.

É Uma ferramenta de Service Desk interna. Já tem o front-end e back-end para utilização interna. O envio de e-mails é feito pelo Nodemailer.
