Responsibilities Proposal Generation: Draft and customize proposals based on client needs and specifications. Effectively communicate the value of our services. Cold Campaigns: Apollo Campaigns: Execute campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buying intents to generate leads. LinkedIn Campaigns: Leverage LinkedIn for outreach and engagement with potential clients. HubSpot Campaigns: Utilize HubSpot to orchestrate and monitor email campaigns and outreach efforts. Warm Campaigns: Database Segmentation: Manage and segment the HubSpot database to tailor communications and increase campaign effectiveness. Lead Follow-up: Monitor and engage leads with scoring to prioritize and tailor follow-up communications. HubSpot Dashboard Updates: Maintain and update the HubSpot dashboard to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and campaign results. Follow-up Sequencing: Develop and implement a structured sequence for follow-ups based on the pipeline phase to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates. Action-based Tasks: Ongoing Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up communications with all leads. Ensure every lead is followed up within 48 hours of initial contact. Allocate 1 hour daily to review and follow up with leads. Improve lead conversion rates by maintaining consistent communication. Start immediately and maintain this process continuously. Continuous Apollo Campaigns: Launch and manage a continuous stream of Apollo email campaigns. Send at least one new email campaign every two weeks. Utilize Apollo's scheduling and automation features to streamline campaign management. Increase outreach and engagement with potential clients. Begin immediately and sustain the process indefinitely, with monthly reviews to optimize campaign performance. Deals Dashboard Cleanup: Organize and clean up the deals dashboard. Review and update the status of all deals, remove duplicates, and ensure all information is current and accurate. Improve the accuracy and usability of the deals dashboard for better decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales support or a similar role. Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
