Scalto is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) virtual assistant to support the company's two cofounders, Alejandra Slatapolsky and Gabriela Pulido. The virtual assistant will work closely with Alejandra and Gabriela to help them identify and secure strategic partnerships and speaking opportunities that align with Scalto's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and event organizers in Latin America and the US that would be a good fit for the cofounders based on their expertise in marketing and growth strategy.
Contact and establish relationships with relevant partners and organizers on behalf of the cofounders.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of the cofounders' partnership meetings and speaking engagements.
Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and other materials to support the cofounders.
Translate documents and communications as needed between English and Spanish.
Provide general calendar management and administrative support to keep the cofounders organized and focused on strategic priorities.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience supporting C-level executives and founders preferred.
Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs.
Proficiency in standard office software and online tools.
This role requires approximately 15-20 hours per week.
