We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, nurturing leads into prospects for our nearshoring services.
Responsabilities:
*Conduct 30 discovery calls/meetings per week with qualified leads.
*Develop tailored value propositions for each prospect based on their specific needs.
*Create and present 10 customized solution presentations per week.
*Collaborate with the Account-Based Marketing Specialist to develop targeted campaings.
*Achieve a 50% conversion rate from discovery call to proposal stage.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in business development, preferably in aerospace or defense industries.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
*Ability to work independently and meet targets.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
