Key Responsibilities: ● Efficiently manage phone calls, displaying proper phone etiquette and clear English and Spanish communication. ● Handle soft sales interactions with poise and efficiency. ● Liaise with government officials in relation to grant funding paperwork for students. ● Assist and oversee students in their academic progression, ensuring timely submission of all necessary documents and requirements. ● Provide crucial back support for the school's administrative and operational needs. ● Implement and manage organizational systems, particularly when changes occur. ● Assist in troubleshooting basic tech issues with I.T. Assistance, and managing databases. We use Pipedrive CRM Qualifications and Skills: ● Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. ● Must have previous administrative assistant experience. ● Sales background is a plus ● Proficiency in google office tools. ● Reliable high-speed internet connection and stable power supply. ● A quiet work environment free from background noises. ● Availability to work every Saturday or alternate Saturdays. ● A positive, upbeat demeanor with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. ● Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing scenarios. ● Ability to independently troubleshoot and find solutions.
