I own a transportation company and want to develop an app to avoid my drivers using mobile during trips.

Basically the app should froze all functions to unlock or use mobile when speed is above 20km/h.

Functions that must remain available are:

Waze
Bluetooth voice calls (initiate and reply)
Maps

To control usage I need to give my drivers a user as a loggin to be created individually and secure we have a password to uninstall/remove the app to avoid they do it without permission.
