I need an APP where people should ask for quotations based on customer locations. Initially we will have people in the background to capture the needs, quote and revert to customers via app. In the future, I want to integrate with suppliers to have quotations on the fly.

The payment of the purchases will be done to the app owner and a fee will be charge to mediate the transaction with the supplier.
