I am looking for an experienced developer to create a cloud-based affiliate system (preferably using Google Cloud Platform - GCP). The system should integrate with Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Magalu to automatically fetch discount coupons and promotional products and facilitate automatic posting of offers to WhatsApp groups. Additionally, a web page must be developed for user registration, offer display, and affiliate link access.

Required Features: 1. Integration with Partner APIs (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu): Objective: Automate the retrieval of offers and coupons directly from partner platforms. Features: Retrieve available discount coupons. List promotional products or items with high ratings. Filter products by category, keyword, and price. 2. WhatsApp Automation System: Objective: Automatically post offers to WhatsApp groups. Features: Connection to WhatsApp Business API (or similar tools for automation). Schedule posting times to avoid spam. Send personalized messages with the group name and a brief offer description. 3. Administrative Panel (Back-end): Objective: Manage integrations, configure posts, and monitor the system. Features: Dashboard to view synchronized products. Configuration of WhatsApp groups and automated messages. User management. Reports on clicks and affiliate performance. 4. Web Page (Front-end): Objective: Provide a user-friendly interface for end users to access offers. Features: Homepage with categorized offers. Search field for products or categories. User registration/login system. Integration to display affiliate links with tracking capability. 5. User Registration and Management System: Objective: Allow users to register and access personalized offers. Features: Registration with name, email, and password. Password recovery. History of clicked and accessed offers. 6. Cloud Infrastructure (GCP): Objective: Ensure system scalability and availability. Features: System hosting on GCP. Scalable database configuration (e.g., Firestore or Cloud SQL). Automation of recurring tasks with Cloud Functions. 7. Reports and Monitoring: Objective: Track system performance and measure campaign effectiveness. Features: Reports on clicks per offer and time period. Dashboard with conversion and sales data. Export data in CSV or Excel format. Recommended Technologies: Back-end: Node.js, Python, or Java (depending on the developer’s expertise). Front-end: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
