I am looking for a skilled developer to create a web and mobile e-commerce system for selling meats. The system must include features such as automated WhatsApp offer posting, a cloud-based infrastructure (preferably using Google Cloud Platform - GCP), and seamless integration with delivery services and payment gateways. The platform should have a user-friendly interface for customers and an intuitive management system for administrators to handle inventory, sales, and promotions.

Required Features: 1. E-commerce Platform (Web and Mobile): Objective: Allow customers to browse and purchase meat products. Features: Product catalog with categories (e.g., Beef, chicken, pork). Detailed product pages with images, descriptions, pricing, and weight options. User registration/login system. Shopping cart functionality. Secure checkout process. Integration with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or local payment providers). Integration with delivery services to calculate shipping costs and track orders. 2. WhatsApp Offer Automation: Objective: Automatically post promotional offers to WhatsApp groups. Features: Integration with WhatsApp Business API or alternative tools for automation. Schedule offers to be posted at specific times. Customizable message templates, including product details, links, and images. Manage multiple WhatsApp groups. 3. Administrative Panel (Back-end): Objective: Manage the e-commerce platform efficiently. Features: Dashboard with sales statistics and inventory tracking. Add, edit, or remove products, including stock management. Set up discounts, promotions, and featured products. Configure WhatsApp groups and offer templates. Order management: view, process, and update the status of orders. Customer management: view registered users and their purchase history. 4. Customer Account Features: Objective: Provide a personalized shopping experience for customers. Features: View order history and tracking. Save favorite products. Update profile information (e.g., Address, phone number). 5. Notifications and Alerts: Objective: Keep users informed about their orders and promotions. Features: Email and push notifications for order updates. Alerts for special promotions or new products. 6. Cloud Infrastructure (GCP): Objective: Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Features: Host the system on Google Cloud Platform. Use a scalable database solution (e.g., Firestore or Cloud SQL). Implement Cloud Functions for automation and scheduled tasks. Secure data with GCP’s security features (e.g., IAM, encryption). 7. Mobile App (iOS and Android): Objective: Provide a seamless shopping experience on mobile devices. Features: Native or hybrid app (React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies). Sync with the web platform for account and order management. Push notifications for promotions and order updates.
