We are looking for a Account Executive to manage and close deals with qualified leads in the aeroespace and defense sector, focusing on our nearshoring services.
Responsabilities:
*Manage a pipeline of 30 opportunities at any given timen.
*Conduct 10 sales presentations per week.
*Develop and negotiate contract terms aiming for an average deal size of $25,000 for U.S./Canada and $12,500 for Mexico.
*Achieve a closing rate of 33% on presented proposals.
*Maintain detailed opportunity records in our CRM system, updating daily.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the aeroespace of defense industries.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills.
*Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
*Ability to work independently and meet sales target.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
*Location: Mexico.
