We are looking for a Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to design and implement personalized marketing strategies for high-value accounts in the aeroespace and defense industry.

Responsabilities:
*Identify and research 20 target accounts per month (12 U.S/Canada, 8 Mexico).
*Develop detailet account profiles and personalized content for each target.
*Create and execute 5 multi-touch ABM campaign per month.
*Collaborate with the Sales team to align messaging and approach.
*Achieve a 25% engagement rate on ABM campaings.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in ABM, preferably in B2B industries.
*Strong research and analytical skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
