This 3D modeling project aims to bring to life a visionary dog center that goes beyond traditional pet care services, providing a holistic environment where dogs can thrive and owners can feel confident in the care their pets receive. The facility's design prioritizes both functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating a welcoming atmosphere for dogs and their owners. The 3D model will serve as a key tool in visualizing the final design, helping to secure investor interest, guide construction, and ensure the facility meets the highest standards of pet care and customer satisfaction. Facility Layout Overview: Main Entrance and Lobby: Upon entering through the main door, visitors are greeted by a spacious lobby and retail store. This area sets the tone for the facility, combining modern design with functional spaces. Adjacent to the counter is a double door leading to the indoor dog park, with a half-drywall, half-window wall that allows visibility into the park, creating an open and connected feel. Indoor Dog Park: The indoor dog park features a vibrant epoxy floor designed to mimic the look of grass, providing a playful environment without the maintenance challenges of real grass. Key elements include: A kids' soft playground with 6 squares and 2 floors. A dog wood park with natural play elements. Small dog houses and a sensory wall with interactive toys, scents, and mirrors. Modular panels in the middle of the park allow the space to be divided when needed. Benches for owners to relax while their dogs play. Outdoor Dog Park: The outdoor area is designed for all-weather enjoyment, featuring: A pergola for shade. Agility training equipment. Water pads and ventilators for hot summer days. A designated parking area within the fence for service vans (groomers, vets) with access to water and electricity. Second Floor: The second floor is dedicated to the comfort and convenience of both dogs and staff: Lobby: A welcoming space with a coffee table and chairs for interviewing dog owners. Employee Facilities: Includes a bedroom for the night sitter, laundry room, ADA-compliant bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/lounge area with a sofa. Boarding Zone: This area contains 21 cage-like rooms made from drywall, each with a fence door, designed to feel like a home. The rooms are decorated with beds, water bowls, food dishes, and wall paintings. Additionally, a playpen area in the middle features beds, a sofa, and a TV for dogs who prefer open sleeping arrangements. The cage-like rooms include: 18 rooms measuring 48" x 36" 1 room measuring 50" x 48" 1 room measuring 36" x 50" 1 room measuring 48" x (50" + 36")
