We are seeking an experienced and passionate team to help build a powerful social media presence for our dog rescue organization and connect it to our dog daycare and boarding facility. The goal is to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with a broad audience, builds a large and engaged following, and ultimately helps find loving homes for rescue dogs while promoting our dog care services.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that tells the heartwarming stories of our rescue dogs, highlights our private boarding services, and connects both under a unified brand message. Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers to build a loyal and active community. Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcase the transformation of rescue dogs, the premium care provided in our private boarding facility, and the overall well-being of all dogs in our care. Craft inspiring and educational posts that encourage engagement and sharing, while driving awareness of our mission and services. Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to organically grow our follower base, complemented by targeted paid advertising to reach a broader audience. Collaborate with influencers, animal welfare organizations, and pet-related brands to increase visibility and attract a diverse audience interested in both rescue and private boarding services. Brand Alignment and PR Management: Ensure consistent branding across all social media channels for both the rescue and the private boarding facility, emphasizing how both aspects of the business work together to enhance the lives of dogs. Manage public relations efforts, including securing media coverage, organizing community events, and developing partnerships that align with our brand’s mission and values. Create a cohesive brand narrative that links the rescue’s mission of saving dogs with the high-quality care provided at our private boarding facility. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to strategies. Provide regular reports on follower growth, engagement metrics, content performance, and brand alignment success.
