I'm looking for a professional video editor with experience in podcast editing. This will be a recurring opportunity on a monthly basis. The raw video files are in MP4 format, and I need the following:

- Simple text captions throughout the video
- The use of appropriate stock video & stock images to keep the visual engaging
- typically the podcasts are 45 mins long. I need this cut down into different 20 - 30 second reels for IG and TikTok. I would like around 5 different reels made per episode with the sole goal of growing the following I have on my social media channels

Ideal candidates should have a keen understanding of pacing, audio, and visual coherence, as well as excellent attention to detail. Experience in editing podcasts is a plus. Please provide examples of your previous work in your application.

PS: You are the expert when it comes to video editing. Thus, I will take your guidance and recommendations. I will not micro-manage. All I want is a lot of video content to grow my social channels.
