Procuro um desenvolvedor com experiencia em html5 + css3 + java, pois quero que desenvolva um aplicativo para celular.

Estou comecando hoje com uma empresa de publicidade aqui na cidade de Sinop / Mato-Grosso onde o nome e ( Divulga Sinop )
Ja desenvolvi o web site onde se encontra para demonstracao no http://www.webluck.com.br/divulga. O app funcionara da mesma forma, porem mas limpo, direto e especifico,
onde o usuario buscara por segmentos de acordo com sua necessidade. Sera basicamente um guia para meus clientes informando o nome da empresa, o numero de telefone, o endereco e
tambem uma foto da frente da empresa ( para melhorar sua localizacao ).




Vou anexar as imagems que ja desenhei de como funcionara cada tela deste app.
Sou desenvolvedor de web, ja tenho uma empresa de web sites aqui na cidade chamada Web lUCK.

Como deve Funcionar o app:

    Preciso de um aplicativo simples e eficiente onde teremos varios segmentos, deve ter ele uma busca na pagina inicial (index) e um botao "SEGMENTOS", quando o usuario
clicar em segmentos aparecera uma lista de segmentos por ordem alfabetica ex: academia, farmacia, posto de combustivel, restaurante ..., Quando o usuario clicar no segmento
desejado ex: academia, novamente listara a logomarca de todas as academias clientes do divulga sinop , quando o usuario pressionar o dedo sobre a logomarca que deseja ( a academia que deseja)
o hover da academia aparecera a foto da frente do estabelecimento com o numero de telefone e o endereco do local.
    A busca sera realizada tanto se o usuario digitar o ramo do segmento, que assim aparecera uma lista dos clientes do segmento que deseja, ou ate mesmo podera digitar
o nome do estabelecimento que deseja, que assim aparecera somente o cliente solicitado.
    Se o usuario digitar na busca a palavra "Promocao" a busca retornara as promocoes disponiveis pelo local que o cliente se encontra, uma ferramenta do google, nao sei se
e feita diretamente pelo google maps ou se o google disponibiliza algo do tipo, ou seja se eu estou no centro da cidade com meu celular e digitar a palavra promocao em meu
app, ele me trara a lista de produtos na promocao mais proxima a mim ( no centro) numa area de sei la 500 metros, preciso ser informado um pouco mais sobre este recurso,
nao sei como vamos fazer funcionar essa questao, se e na hora de cadastrar o meu cliente no banco de dados onde informo a localizacao dele.

    Tudo isso sera alimentado por uma base de dados online Mysql, ou seja ao alimentar meu web site,o app ja importara automaticamente os dados atualizados, pois
vou vender todos os dias essa ferramenta aqui na cidade entao estara em constante atualizacao.



    O aplicativo deve ser upado e disponivel na play store, se tiver 2 ou mais estrelas melhor ainda!

where the User sought by segments according to their need . And basically a guide to my clients informing the company name , the telephone number , the address and
Also a photo of the front of the company (to improve its location ) .




I'll attach images already drawn on how this app worked each screen .
I'm a web developer , I already have a business web sites here in town called Web Luck .

How to Run the app:

I need a simple and efficient application which will have various segments , it must have a search on the home page (index ) and a button " SEGMENTS " when the User
click segments appeared a list of segments in alphabetical order eg gym , pharmacy , gas station , restaurant ... When the User clicks on the segment
desired eg gym again had listed the imprint of all customers academies discloses sinop when the User press your finger on the logo you want ( you want the gym )
 hover Academy appeared the picture of the front of the property with the phone number and address of the place .
