O projeto tem como objetivo se ajustar aos requerimentos do governo holandês e entregar um relatório para que seja usado pelos instrutores do site, no dia da aula prática do mesmo.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

We are using Uncanny Groups plugin to give us an overview, manage and assist the students during the course, which is suitable. But the reports provided by this plugin is not complete enough to provide the agency from government when is needed. The information we do have now are: - Time spent (which is shown) just in the csv report and not in the backend, - the time spent per topic, lesson and quiz is being tracked and saved but it is not shown in the backend reports and neither in the csv reports. The information we do not have, and we need now are: - Login and logout date and time - Frequency of logins (amount of time they logged in, easier when you already have the login information above) - Inactivity time, the amount of time the user was inactive during the course. (Which is has to be developed) We are providing courses to other companies, then they can provide proper live training to their staff, and we must be in the rules to be able to start working with the e-learning. Therefore, everything starts with the e-learning and after 10 days of e-learning, their access to the course will be closed by another addon (Course Planner Pro), and they go to the practical training. During the practical training, the instructor (group leader) must have a report with the following information: The name of the training school (group leader), their government number (CBR number), the name of the e-learning owner(us), user numbers, name of the users and per user should show the time spent (per topic, lesson, quiz etc.), Total time spent, inactivity time, frequency of login, login and logout times (date and time). We would also like to have that information saved in the cloud of our preference because it must be saved for 1 year. I know it is somehow possible with Zapier or Automator. That information would be divided by Instructor (Group Leader), by Course ID and by Student. In this report must have an overview in relation to the 10 days of access given to the student, therefore the Government agency can check if nobody went out of the rules with having access to the course after those 10 days. An overview of the inactivity times, every time the user got inactive for more than 15 minutes. An overview of what was done or not done in the course. I think that was the overview needed for you to understand what we want to be done for now. This job will create new opportunities to work together in the future and eventually create strong relationship in between us.
