Implement and coordinate R&D cooperation with international institutions and organizations to intensify the productivity of crops.

2. Capacity Building
Coordination of a technology and technical transfer program through professional training of local farmers and entrepreneurs

3. Mechanization
Provide technology & equipment procurement, access to financing, after-sales, training and maintenance services

4. Provision of Inputs
Coordinate the procurement of seeds, fertilizers, herbicides and other inputs to local farmers and entrepreneurs

Production Monitoring & Supervision
Coordinate and monitor production and the integration of local farmers through the empowerment of cooperatives system and the creation of joint ventures between local entrepreneurs and international producers.

6. Marketing and Off-take Contracts
Provide strategic advising on marketing techniques and negotiation of production off-take contracts with the public and private sectors on national, regional and global levels.

7. Financial Structuring
Mobilization of financial support for selected projects in the form of equity and low interest loans. Including the management of public funds to develop training programs, R&D and equipment procurement for local farmers; as well as the creation and promotion of a "catalytic" investment fund to attract public and private investors and donors.

8. Youth and Women Education and Jobs Program
Develop a special program to mobilize and support the inclusion of youth and women in the agricultural sector focused on capacity building, research and development, and local job creation.

9. Synergy with Public Infrastructure Investments
Planning of agricultural projects to benefit from new public infrastructure investments in transportation, water and energy systems.
