I need a program that, given a URL of a youtube channel, takes the thumbnail of the video (in this case YouTube) as this site already does https://www.youtubethumbnaildownloaderonline.com

Rule it will take the date and title of the video and validate in the database if it has already taken this video (you can create any database with text field + data, nothing complex) the idea is to leave it running from time to time to see if the channel has a new video
