Youtube 'how to' search based videos

I am Jorn and I'm looking for a motivated video editor to start expanding and growing my YouTube channel.
I’m looking for a search based (how-to) expert that can help me create and publish about 7-14 videos per week for the upcoming of a year. The main goal of the channel is to gain traffic through search based, it is focused on long term growth with how to video tutorials of around 1-4 minutes.
The videos on the channel need to be engaging with high retention rate, and therefore I’m looking for an good video creator. That can help the viewer with their problem. I have video examples if you need them.
It’s important for you to understand that you will be completely responsible for finding video topic, recording the video, if can making thumbmnail and upload.
