Wp Meta Plugin Needed!

Here’s the requirement and backend details.

From the perspective of a site owner using WordPress : To be able to allow only signed up(using Browser Wallet) users to vote on the lists. Based on the votes, list items will be rearranged. Lists can be anything (Look at the examples in the pdf) - List of top 10 travel destinations, best selling merchandise. Etc. Sites will be more interactive with thi voting system.
