The developer must be an expert in Wordpress. The candidate must also be comfortable communicating directly to U.S. Clients.
Most are through email - but in rare occasions, must also be able to talk with them.

Soft Skills:
1. Communication
a.
Grammar - having good English grammar is big plus but not totally required.
b. Ability to explain - we want someone who can explain his technical solutions in a way that’s not loaded with technical terms. We love someone who can communicate with our clients directly and explain to us his thorough processes.
c.
Good reading comprehension - our clients will post tasks that are not always easy to understand. We need someone who can easily understand what the clients have written clearly while, at the same time, have both patience and ability to read between the lines on parts that are hard to understand.
d.
Problem-solving - we want someone who has a system for solving problems. First and foremost, he must be able to understand what he’s trying to solve before attempting to come up with solutions. The candidate must also have the habit of thinking outside the box.
Not all problems need to be solved through code. Sometimes, solutions are simpler. We don’t want someone who defaults to coding when a simpler solution is available.
e. Desire for learning - we want someone who’s curious and loves to learn. Everyone makes mistakes. We want someone who acknowledges his mistakes then seeks out information that will help him avoid the same mistakes in the future.
